The Motorcycle Operator Skills Test (MOST) is the final component of the NSW Motorcycle Provisional Course.
You must successfully complete the MOST to be eligible for your Provisional (P1) Rider Licence.
The MOST is designed to assess your ability to safely control and handle a motorcycle in a range of low-speed riding situations.
The test consists of eight practical riding exercises that measure your motorcycle handling skills, balance, observation and control.
To pass the MOST, you must successfully complete all eight test segments.

Your rider trainer will explain each exercise before the assessment begins and provide you with the opportunity to practise the required skills during your Provisional Course.

Motorcycles are available for hire at selected Rider Training Centres; however, numbers are limited.
If you require a hire motorcycle for your MOST, we recommend booking as early as possible.
