Key Booking Conditions

Please read these key booking conditions before making your booking with Wheel-Skills. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Booking Terms and Conditions.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed by Wheel-Skills.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Identification

You must present the required identification when attending your course:

• Pre-Learner Course: A document displaying your Service NSW Customer Number (e.g. NSW Driver Licence, NSW Photo Card or a Service NSW letter containing your Customer Number).
• Pre-Provisional Course: A current NSW Rider Learner Licence.

Failure to provide the required identification may prevent you from participating in the course.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the course commencement date are eligible for a refund less the applicable administration fee.
• Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the course commencement date are non-refundable.
• Transfer requests must be made at least seven (7) days before your course and are subject to availability.
• If you do not attend your course, your booking will be treated as a No Show. No refund, transfer or credit will be available.

Minimum Riding Clothing

All participants must wear:

• Long pants with no holes, rips or tears.
• A long-sleeved shirt or jacket.
• Fully enclosed footwear.

Participants who do not meet these minimum clothing requirements will not be permitted to participate in the course.

Additional Requirements for Pre-Provisional Courses

Participants attending a Pre-Provisional Course must also provide:

• Approved motorcycle gloves labelled as complying with EN 13594:2015.
• An approved high-visibility vest or jacket labelled as complying with one of the following standards:
  • AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 – Class D/N
  • AS 4602.1:2024 – Class D/N
  • ISO 20471:2013

Failure to meet these requirements will result in you being unable to undertake the course.

Learner Approved Motorcycles (LAMS)

If you are attending a Pre-Provisional Course using your own motorcycle, it must comply with Learner Approved Motorcycle Scheme (LAMS) requirements and must not be modified in a way that affects its approval.

Weather

Training operates in most weather conditions. Courses will only be cancelled or postponed by Wheel-Skills where weather or other conditions make training unsafe.

Photography

Photographs or video recordings may be taken during courses or events for training, promotional or educational purposes.

Privacy

Wheel-Skills collects and manages personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Information relating to your rider training or testing may be provided to Transport for NSW where required for licensing and road safety purposes.
